With the spirit of innovation, solidarity and breakthrough, STARMED High-Tech Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2025 annual tour with the theme: “AUTOMATIC, PIONEERING”. The 3-day, 2-night journey in Sam Son – Thanh Hoa, combined with a visit to the heritage of Hoa Lu Ancient Town – Ninh Binh, left many positive emotions and spiritual values for all staff
Departure – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Town – Return to Sam Son beach
Early in the morning of the first day, STARMED’s convoy departed from Hung Yen, heading to Ninh Binh. The first stop was Hoa Lu Ancient Town – the ancient capital associated with the Dinh Dynasty – Tien Le Dynasty. STARMED staff had the opportunity to admire ancient architecture, learn about sacred historical imprints, as a way to cherish the values of the origin, and get inspiration for the sustainable development journey ahead.
Team Building – work hard, play hard
Sam Son Beach is more exciting than ever with the colorful Team Building program. With the theme “Automation – Pioneering the way”, the teams went through a series of fun, high-energy challenges, requiring team spirit, smart strategy and smooth coordination. The loud laughter, tight handshakes and determined eyes clearly demonstrated the spirit of Pioneering – Integrity – Discipline – the core values of STARMED.
Gala Dinner – Shining with STARMED
Gala Dinner “Automation, Pioneering the way” – a place where emotions, sharing and memorable moments converge. In a cozy atmosphere, all STARMED staff looked back on the development journey, enjoyed creative “homegrown” performances and emotional praise and gratitude.
The company’s leadership sent sincere thanks to each member, and affirmed their determination to build STARMED into the No. 1 Women’s & Children’s Healthcare Pharmaceutical Group in Vietnam and Southeast Asia by 2030, with three solid pillars: R&D – Production – Distribution.
The delegation returned to Hung Yen in joy, solidarity and excitement, ending the trip to continue the journey to conquer great goals, for a strong STARMED development. The trip was not only a time to rest and relax, but also an important catalyst for the STARMED team to continue to unite – innovate – reach further.
The “Automation, Leading the Way” tour ended with many brilliant impressions, clearly demonstrating STARMED’s corporate culture – where people are the center, innovation is the driving force, and connection is the strength.
