In the early days of the brilliant summer of 2025, STARMED Southern Region had a 3-day, 3-night trip together to write a colorful program in the development journey called “New Melody – New Journey” in the beautiful land of Phu Yen.
The annual trip is not only an opportunity to rest and relax after months of hard work, but also an opportunity for each STARMED member to connect more, spread the pioneering spirit, integrity and discipline – the core values that have created the STARMED identity.
Talkshow sharing Looking back on the journey – Firmly stepping into the future
Before entering the exciting Team activities, STARMED Southern Region sat together and shared their feelings with the Talkshow “Looking back on the journey – Firmly stepping into the future”. In the program, General Director Dang Ngoc Son and the Managers shared closely with employees about corporate culture and strategies in the new period. The open sharing session deciphered many knots surrounding the internal issues of STARMED Southern Region when entering the next development journey.
Teambuilding “Amazing Race” – Exploding energy, breaking the limit
Following the exciting and joyful atmosphere, all members together entered the dramatic and exciting Amazing Race journey. With a series of creative challenges, highly strategic games and local imprints, each team not only demonstrated team spirit but also promoted intelligence, agility and determination to overcome all obstacles.
On the sunny and windy Tuy Hoa beach, the loud laughter, persistent steps and determined eyes woven a vivid picture of the youthfulness, solidarity and aspirations of the STARMED family.
Visiting Phu Yen – Touching the pristine natural beauty
The race is interspersed with a journey to visit Phu Yen’s famous landmarks such as: Ganh Da Dia – a majestic natural masterpiece with unique layered rocks; Bai Xep – Ghenh Ong – the place that appeared in the movie “I see yellow flowers on green grass”; Dai Lanh Lighthouse – the easternmost point of the country, where the first sunrise is welcomed. Here, STARMEDers had the opportunity to learn about the history associated with the landmarks and also brought back many beautiful check-in photos with the charming natural scenery.
Gala Dinner – Sublimating emotions, spreading confidence
Closing the long day with many experiences is the cozy and emotional Gala Dinner. In the sparkling space held outdoors, STARMED Southern Region looked back on the past journey, honored the staff with good achievements in 2024 and shined on stage with creative and surprising “homegrown” performances.
The moment the Team Building awards were honored, the singing resounded with the music, the tight handshakes… all affirmed one thing: STARMED is not only a strong collective, but also a big family – where each member nurtures their dreams together, writes a new journey with a solid and exciting melody.
New Melody – New Journey
The trip ended, but the positive energy, inspiration for innovation and team spirit from the Phu Yen 2025 journey will continue to be the driving force for STARMED South to firmly step on the journey to conquer the 2030 goal – Becoming the No. 1 Pharmaceutical Group for Women & Children’s Health Care in Vietnam and reaching out to Southeast Asia.
