With the desire to share the difficulties with customers and agents in the area affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi), STARMED Pharmaceutical Group and Dr.Papie brand recall products damaged by storms and floods in the Northern Provinces and Cities.

On August 7, Storm No. 3 – Super Typhoon Yagi, after making landfall in the northern provinces of Vietnam, caused extremely severe damage and consequences. Grasping information from the press, agents and sales staff in the affected areas, on September 10, 2024, General Director Dang Ngoc Son decided to implement the program “Recall of products damaged by storms and floods” to share the burden and support Agents to overcome difficulties.
Accordingly, we will recall and replace all damaged products, applicable to 2 brands: Dr.Papie and DR.WET. We are committed to providing quick and timely support to Agents.
Program details
- Application period: From September 10, 2024 to September 30, 2024.
- Applicable subjects: Agents distributing STARMED GROUP products damaged by storms and floods.
- How to innovate: Agents can contact Pharmacists, Regional Managers or hotline 0911.225.336 for quick support.
STARMED GROUP is always ready to listen and accompany Agents, partners and customers in all circumstances. We believe that with solidarity and mutual support, we will soon overcome these challenges and come back stronger.

Joining hands, sharing love
In addition to supporting the replacement of damaged products, STARMED Group has also been implementing charitable activities to support people in flood-affected areas.

STARMED’s ETC Sales Department has together donated and sent to the flood victims in Yen Bai and Thai Nguyen provinces essential necessities, life jackets, cakes, milk, instant noodles, rice, etc. These gifts were directly delivered to the affected people by Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh, a STARMED collaborator.
On the morning of September 12, STARMED Company also launched the program “TRANSPORTING LOVE – TOWARDS THE FLOODED PEOPLE” calling for material and cash donations from all employees of the group nationwide. The program not only demonstrates the spirit of solidarity but also conveys love and deep concern for families who are suffering many losses due to storms and floods.
It is expected that STARMED’s charity car will depart immediately after the water recedes, carrying essential necessities, medicine and material gifts. These are not only material support gifts, but also valuable spiritual encouragement, helping the people of the North soon stabilize their lives and overcome difficulties.
