On May 18, 2023 in Hanoi, Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center of STARMED Pharmaceutical Group was launched
The Law on Consumer Rights Protection took effect from July 1, 2011. In 12 years of implementation, the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection have contributed to strongly changing people’s awareness and improving consumer rights protection. At the same time, creating a framework and a solid foundation for consumer protection activities in the coming time.
In fact, protecting consumer rights is not only the authority and responsibility of functional agencies, but also the task of all businesses and the sense of responsibility of the people. Understanding this issue, STARMED Pharmaceutical Group officially established Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center, with the goal of proactively protecting consumers early.
With a team of experienced staff, the Center will create a fair and trustworthy environment for consumers, a connecting address, ensuring legitimate interests, receiving, resolving and handling all customer inquiries related to Dr.Papie’s products and services. Representative of the Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center, Specialist Doctor II Duong Van Bao affirmed: The Center will always consider protecting the legitimate rights of consumers as its motto, striving to become a close and trustworthy address for parents across Vietnam.
During its operation, the Center is willing to cooperate with legitimate businesses to combat unfair business practices, violations of the law and immorality, in order to protect the best interests of consumers, especially mothers and children.
In addition to establishing the Dr.Papie Consumer Rights Protection Center, STARMED Pharmaceutical Group also issued some latest recommendations for customers when using the product.
