From April 1, 2022, STARMED Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company will change the design of the anti-counterfeit stamp on the packaging of all products including: Dr.Papie Oral Swabs, Dr.Papie Herbal Shampoo, Dr.Papie Fever-Reducing Towels, Physiodose Physiological Saline Solution, Tottee Oral Swabs, Dr.Papie Deep Sea Salt Solution.
In order to thoroughly solve the problem of counterfeit, fake, and unknown origin goods as well as improve customer experience, the company has completed the form of anti-counterfeit stamps for customers to easily recognize.
The new stamp will include 2 stamps:
- Sealed stamp: with STARMED logo on a green background.
- Digital stamp: with QR code, STARMED logo, silver-coated scratch code.
How to check genuine products:
- Method 1: Scan QR code: Mom uses any software that can scan QR code, all lead to the website of STARMED Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company.
- Method 2: Text to hotline 8099: Mom composes a message with the syntax: DAC [space] Scratch code => send to 8099.
During the process of changing the product label, packaging will have both new and old models that STARMED distributes at official points of sale. However, products using the old label are still valid according to the expiration date printed on the packaging.
Therefore, customers can rest assured when choosing Dr.Papie Oral Swabs, Dr.Papie Herbal Shampoo, Dr.Papie Fever-Reducing Towels, Physiodose Physiological Saline, Tottee Oral Swabs, Dr.Papie Deep Sea Salt Solution when purchasing at official points of sale. Customers need to pay attention if they buy products that are missing, torn or have been impacted such as peeling, prying the label … not keeping the original shape of the label as shown.
